This area of ODI's Client Care Center allows clients to maintain a detailed log of change requests for their website. Clients may add, edit and delete change requests, as needed - as well as view their current completion status. ODI staff are notified immediately as requests are entered, to ensure the fastest and most efficient turn-around for requested service.

Contact ODI to request a username & password to access the online system. Alternatively, you may complete our Change Request Form (this form does not require a login but is not tied to the online request database. It submits an email request to ODI staff for manual follow-up.)
