ODI offers a variety of plans for providing support for computer services ranging from computer hardware / software installations & support, to web development, hosting, custom programming, network installations, standard computer service, and training. Techs cover areas including (but not limited to) Sarasota, Manatee and Hillsborough Counties.

Time & Materials Support

ODI computer network technicians and software developers are available on a time and materials hourly basis (view current hourly RATES). Travel time is not charged to service locations within ODI's 15-20mile radius. Techs may be dispatched for same day computer service, next day computer service, and after hours emergency computer support in Sarasota and Manatee Counties (other areas also covered, please inquire).

Unless previously approved, all services are billed C.O.D. and payment is made to ODI's support technicians at the time of service. To request other payment terms, contact us or fill out and submit a Credit Application for approval of special payment terms.

Monthly / Quarterly Network Support Contracts

ODI also offers monthly and quarterly support service contracts for your office computer system and/or network. Budget technical support in advance, to avoid any unforseen expenditures.

An ODI representative will provide you with a fixed quote for monthly or quarterly service fees (based on the number of workstations, operating systems, and equipment). ODI provides unlimited support services for your network, operating system issues, and any other system or network-related technical issues. Replacement hardware is typically provided at cost plus 10%, under the terms of this contract - however, special contracts are available that cover the full cost of replacement hardware, as well.

Server Maintenace Agreements - NEW!

Protect the value of your network server and data. Have ODI perform proactive server maintenance functions on a regular basis. Server Maintenace covers items such as review of backup logs, verification of operating system updates and patches, review of antivirus and security software versions and updates, and more. Don't wait until it is too late - this *inexpensive solution keeps your server and data safe and secure.

Fixed Price Quotes

For larger programming projects, web development, network implementations, and other services, ODI offers fixed price quotes. Provide us with details regarding the service and/or equipment you require, and an ODI representative will be happy to create a Fixed Price Quote for you free of charge! Prepaid Blocks of Service

Purchase a block of service hours at a discounted rate, and use them as you would a 'time and materials' service call. When the hours are expended, purchase another block to continue your support services. Contact us today for more information on this support plan!

Extended Warranty Support

ODI offers extended warranties for all computer and network equipment & peripherals. Contact a representative today for price quote(s) on any equipment you would like covered under this plan.
