Warranties

If you have a product covered under an ODI (or manufacturer's) warranty, you may contact us directly for support, or fill out our online Return Authorization (RA) Request form. (A copy of your invoice may be required, as well).

ODI typically offers a 1-year repair / replacement warranty on all new products, computers, etc. However, warranties vary from one product to another, depending upon manufacturer stipulations. Please check your original invoice and ODI's posted Conditions of Sale for more details.

Service work and software products are typically NOT covered under any warranty policies. Also, please note that ODI does not accept returns on special order items (only repair or replacement of defective equipment). Other returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
